The system combines two proven approaches:

• Hydronic radiant heating, delivered via a ground-level concrete slab insulated with high-performance foam panels and cross-linked PEX tubing
• Central air conditioning, discreetly routed through rafters and joist bays to preserve ceiling heights and architectural clean lines

This hybrid approach takes advantage of each technology’s strengths. Radiant heat delivers even, quiet warmth from the ground up—ideal for cold mornings and hard flooring. Air conditioning handles humidity and heat in summer, providing responsive cooling through hidden ducts and carefully placed registers.
