A major auto dealership in Dutchess County executed  a full facility renovation—without pausing day-to-day operations. ACT partnered with the client to remove the outdated HVAC and plumbing systems and replace them with modern, high-efficiency equipment. The Scope

This was a live facility. The dealership remained open throughout the renovation, requiring ACT to work with extreme care and sequencing.

Key deliverables included:

• Full removal of legacy HVAC and plumbing infrastructure
• Installation of three high-efficiency communicating HVAC systems, with all-new ductwork
• Precise installation of exposed ductwork above the active showroom floor
• Protection and service of an on-site data server room with live equipment
• Full plumbing system replacement, phased to avoid interruption.
